Geriatric Care Managers are professionals with a minimum degree in the field of human services (Social Work, Psychology, Gerontology, Nursing) or an equivalent background who also are experienced in the delivery of services to the elderly and their families. GCM are individuals dedicated to promoting the advancement of dignified care for older adults.

Our goal is to help aging adults to obtain the assistance they need to maintain safety, dignity and quality of life. GCM have extensive knowledge about the costs, quality and availability of services in their community.

GCM services older adults and their families on a fee-for-service basis throughout New Jersey.
